JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing a positive experience for all customers
Consistently communicating with customers throughout the repair process
Completing necessary documentation throughout the repair process.
Assist the Office Manager and Accounting Department with administrative duties as needed.
Maintaining an organized workspace
Keeping Customer waiting areas welcoming and organized
Active liaison between Marketing personnel and Body Shop personnel

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver’s License
Experience with Outlook and Excel
Excellent sales abilities
Detail orientated nature
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with CCC1 Preferred
